Scholarship awarded to students who represented worthily HEC Montreal during the BBA exchange program or MSC double diploma by the excellence of their academic achievement, student involvement and/or participation in the school's outreach activities.

Application periods:
-Fall semester exchange: apply between March 1 and 15, after your mobility
-Winter semester exchange: apply between October 1 and 15, after your mobility

Special eligibility requirements
  • Have participated in HEC Montréal's International Exchange Program or Double Diploma in the previous semester.
  • Have respected the course load imposed by HEC Montreal during the international exchange program.
  • Have an excellent university record
  • Demonstrates involvement in the community, student associations, or other groups.

Evaluation

The following criterion will be used to evaluate application files:
  • Résultats académiques à l'étranger: 50%
  • Extent of involvement in the community or student life: 40%
  • Quality of presentation of the application: 10%

Application

How to submit your application

You will receive an email from the Mobility team when the application period starts. Send all required documents to : exchange@hec.ca Please write the scholarship's name, your name and student number in the email object.

Application periods :
Exchange in Fall : From March 1st to March 15th after the mobility term
Exchange in winter : From October 1st to October 15th, after the mobility term
Application must include
  1. Letter of intent
  2. Exemples de réalisations (ex : liens web, photos, textes, vidéos, etc.)
  3. Formulaire de participation à des activités de représentation dûment complété et signé par l'établissement partenaire.
  4. Avis publié sur la plateforme du Programme d'échanges internationaux
If the application is not submitted as required, it will be considered incomplete and could be rejected without notice.
