Special eligibility requirements
- Be registered to the thesis stream
- Has an adequate cumulative GPA according to the requirements of the program of study
- Not be awarded a research grant of a granting agency (SSHRC, NSERC, FRQSC, IFM2, etc.).
- Not have already received this bursary during the Program.

How to submit your application
Application must include
- HEC Montréal Foundation Research Scholarship Form - Winter
- Description of the research project: context, issue, objective(s), theoretical framework, methodology, contributions, timeline (2 pages max.) + bibliographical references related to the research (1 page max.)
- Proof of approval of your thesis topic OR Proof of approval of your supervised project/integration project..
- Application letter: this should highlight your main achievements, your objectives, why this scholarship is important to you and, if applicable, the project's relevance to the specified themes (2 pages max.)
- Reference letter from research director: must demonstrate the candidate's academic excellence and research potential, and emphasize the originality and relevance of the proposed research project.
- Copies of transcript - University level
If the application is not submitted as required, it will be considered incomplete and could be rejected without notice.
