General information

These scholarships are intended for foreign students, pre-selected by HEC Montréal, who wish to pursue or continue a Master's degree with a thesis, a Ph.D. or research activities in Québec (short stay and postdoctoral internship).
Applications must be submitted between the dates of June 1st and August 15, 2025.

If you have any questions, please write to sae.bourses@hec.ca. You need to connect to the HEC Montréal VPN to access the form.
Application must include
  1. Preselection Application Form for the PBEEE competition (HEC Montréal).
If the application is not submitted as required, it will be considered incomplete and could be rejected without notice.
Note
- You must be nominated by the university where you are pursuing or will pursue your M.Sc., Ph.D., residency or postdoctoral training.
- To apply to HEC Montréal, you must be sponsored by an HEC Montréal professor.
- You must not be in the process of obtaining permanent residency in Canada.
- Cotutelle programs are not eligible.
